At the entrance is a designer lobby with white marble floors and a light-coloured concierge desk that stands out against the exquisite dark wood décor. The lobby features several high-speed elevators, large panoramic windows allowing plenty of natural daylight, and a recreation area with sofas and low tables.

There’s a large outdoor terrace on the podium level, accommodating various public leisure and recreation areas. The large infinity pool is the central element of the podium.

The first two floors of the building are reserved for covered parking. The other six floors accommodate 89 residences.
